This is a really good warm up for your whole left hand, or if you are left
handed, then your right hand. It is also good for training you to use all
your fingers for playing, not just your rude finer and your pointing
finger whatever that is called.

To do this exercise correctly do the following:

For "1" Use your pointing finger.
For "2" Use your rude finger.
For "3" Use your ring finger.
For "4" Use your pinky.

This can get hard but it is good for training you to use your whole hand.
