You can end Verse 4 with a G and then wait a bit until you continue with the backwards part.
If you play to the record, you should watch out for the end of Verse 2, 'cos there the Beatles 
hold the last note for a moment as I marked it (~) and then go into the bridge. The rest should 
be easy, and especially Verse 3&4 leave a bit room for a little improvisation.
