That's it.  I'm pretty sure this is close to 100% accurate.  Just listen 
to the song to get the rhythms right.  The only thing I didn't tab was 
the funkier verse towards the end of the song, but it's just the same

1. The Basics

Strings and Frets:
Each line in a tab represents a string on your bass:
