tab to upload to this site, so go easy
on me :P I decided to tab a
very easy (and borging) song to play,
and I threw in a couple of things
that you can to to prevent you from
fallig asleep. This tab is for
beginers, but other people too can
get some ideas. Hope you like it.

make it more interesting:
First, every other time you play this,
instead of just playing E all the time,

Not a big difference, but It sounds
nice.
Now, here is that little thing that
guitar plays, but it also sounds good
on bass. In our band, we dont have
two guitars, so sometimes I play it
too. Listen to the song so see when
to play it,

Also, on that part after the guitar
solo, where everything calms down
(interlude) you can play harmonics.
You play harmonics by gently
putting your finger between two
frets, not pushing the string.
They sound pretty good. So here, we
first have an H harmonic, which is
between 7th and 8th fret on
E string. Then an A harmonic, which
is between 12th and 13th fret on A
string, and an E harmonic,
between 12th and 13th fret on E
string. At the end you can play a
slide with the guitar.
So it looks kinda like this:

Bass tablature (tabs) is an easy way to learn songs without needing to read traditional sheet music. Here’s a quick guide to understanding the symbols and techniques commonly found in tabs:
Each line in a tab represents a string on your bass:
Numbers on the lines indicate which fret to press. For example:
G|-------------------| D|-------------------| A|---3---------------| E|-------------------|
This means you play the 3rd fret on the A string.
Play the first note by picking it, then press down on a higher fret with another finger without picking again.

Pluck a note and then "pull off" your finger to let a lower fret ring.

Move your finger up (/) or down (\) the fretboard while maintaining pressure.

Tabs don’t always indicate timing, so listen to the song while reading the tab. Wider spaces between numbers mean longer pauses, while closer numbers indicate quicker notes.
