This is the fourth track on Masayoshi Takanaka's 1981 concept album, The Rainbow Goblins. 
It's pretty cute— some fiddling, a couple harmonics— though the subtext to the lyrics is pretty grim. 
I'm glad I decided to notate this one more compactly — I may have to revisit some of my other submissions...
