This exercise is designed to help encorperate the use
3 fingers in a nice rolling motion, by using one finger
for each string you get a nice flow with you picking and
the way this works out, you also learn the fret positions
for the major scale through one octave on one string :)

Numbers on the lines indicate which fret to press. For example:
