count the numbers of the hits you play. Let's say, you got eight 3's there at
the beginnig of the chorus, right?
It's like: you count 1 to 8 and at the same time you play the note's, know what I mean?

Each line in a tab represents a string on your bass:
Numbers on the lines indicate which fret to press. For example:

This means you play the 3rd fret on the A string.
Play the first note by picking it, then press down on a higher fret with another finger without picking again.
