Dont know if this will help but i tried to get it by ear. I messed around on A string and E string between all frets between 2nd frets 5th frets.
One part sounds like A,A C D
Another part sounds like D, F#,G, g#
Hope this helps
First part is fifth fret on E string three times the a string 3rd fret then a string 5th fret
Second riff is 5th fret a a string then on the e string 2nd 3rd 4th frets back to a string 5th fret.

Mess around with it, you'll get it. There some fills in there As well. If u get close to those main riffs down u can definitly fake it.

Gave it a listen. Definitely D, A, C progression and it sounds like the same riff played for the duration of the song with a few little fills here and there. I tagged the request; a bit busy at the moment with some home repair stuff but I should have it for you in the next few days, unless someone else beats me to it.
The chords for the song are D,C,Am,G,F, I found it on Riffstation, no bass tab on there though
