Does anyone know what make and model bass Geezer was playing on the Heaven and Hell Live from Radio City DVD?

The Bass is the Geezer Butler signature bass made by Lakland and you can by one from them. The rig is four 400 watt Hartke Kilo amps all running at the same time!
