lol that's been my nickname since I was 3
Good luck. My last band was called “Phoenix” until we found out about a French effort… Then it became “The Silent”. I spent more time explaining “why” then performing.
I kinda like Jay's idea of the name “Disclaimer”, if you want to add a little comedy to it, maybe “Urgent Disclaimer”.
Yes, i think it sounds quite cool.

I try. Lol. I'm not the lead singer.
My first band back in the late ‘90s, we settled on the name Inner Face/Outer Face, because we thought it represented the fact that we were “deep” and multi-faceted. Not long after we started abbreviating it to IFOF. Being a big Nirvana fan, I always wanted us to be called “Lounge Act.” But because we were primarily heavy alt-metal, that name wouldn’t have fit lol
So that's something to consider, finding a name that fits with your type of music.
“(Not Your Usual) Lounge Act”???
I like that. I think that that's a song by nirvana. Our gig was cancelled until Easter.
