Strange behavior

HELP
I have been trying to submit a tab and for some strange reason, the system keeps screwing up. I fill the form out and hit SUBMIT. It comes back and says “SUCCESS . . . ” Then when I look in my profile, the space for Pending Tabs remains blank. I have even submitted a different tab, had it received, reviewed AND posted. That tab is now available (way to go!) but the other one still doesn't make it! Any one have a problem like this? I always seem to attract the weird bugs in any system, dammit! The tab is for Who's Your Daddy? by Toby Keith. Why does the system hate that song???
