Indeed. I'm a mostly metal guy, but I have a soft spot for songs like that. I think it's the slap riff at the beginning.

How has no one mentioned these?! Crash Course In Brain Surgery and Anashtesia Pulling Teeth by Metallica. Also Megadeth has a lot of awesome bass riffs. Love the bass solo in the intro of Devil's Island
