Tabs on other sites say yes, it looks like it's in drop C (E=C, A=G, D=C, G=F, Or just two notes down on each string) alot of newer metal bands like Mastodon or Slipknot use drop tuning wether it's drop B (E=B, A=E, D=A, G=D) or C, but it would save you time to get a 5 string
