Songsterr -- Another Tab Stealing Site
Yet another thieving site. I submitted a guitar tab for a song called From Under the Dust by Letters to Cleo to UG a while back and whaddaya know, now it's on songsterr. It makes me wonder if there's any guitar or bass site which DOESN'T have a bunch of skeevy little trolls sniffing around for tabs to steal from other sites…
This website? I dunno, I've seen stuff from UG on here and Songsterr. I've seen so many copied guitar tabs it's not even funny. I don't know why people have to feel like they can go and steal. That's technically a crime. Right?

Exactly, which is why all my tabs are originals, created by me, by sitting my big ass down and transcribing a song note for note as accurately as I can. I don't steal others' tabs and pass them off as my own, so naturally I get bent out of shape when someone does it to me. Punk ass bitches…
Well if your tab is 100% correct, I guess it is possible that someone simply wrote the tab without knowing it was already on a different site
Not taking sides or anything, but aren't you getting a bit too carried away ?
It isn't cool to steal tabs but it could be a mistake.
Lon i have other words to say how i feel about this but considering their fowl words i rather say their a bunch of stealing c***** with no talent and no lives

I use a very specific format when writing my tabs, from the legend, to the spacing, to the way I stack staffs, to performance notes I include. And it's an exact duplicate, meaning they copied everything except the “tabbed by LoudLon” part and submitted it there.

you should be flattered that they want your stuff! it means you did a good job.
In that case, even though I don't write any tabs yet, I kinda know how you feel. Report the tab and send them (or him/her) a message telling them to add that “tabbed by Loudlon”.
Well they should at least ask for permission
Occasionally I will come across a tab with a minor, though obvious, error; like one missing note. When I go to the same song on a second site, I find the exact same error. Obvious theft ( a third site might have the correct tab - no missing note).
