Now if I could just get that blasted sticker off…..
See if you can find some “Goo Gone” (http://googone.com/Home.aspx). Smells like oranges, and gets all kinds of sticky things off. Soaking it into the edges of the sticker will start it peeling, then you can get more further under the sticker until it is off. Not sure if they sell it where you are, but I'm sure someone makes something similar. I've gotten bumper stickers off with it, so it should be able to handle your brother's handiwork.
